Our decades in the beauty industry have taught us that trends come and go, but the need for balance and well-being is universal and enduring. With this brand, we’re taking all the lessons we’ve learned—from backstage at fashion shows to the salons where we’ve worked with everyday people to the celebrity clients like Angelina Jolie, Anne Hathaway, Lupita Nyong’o, Priyanka Chopra, Sandra Oh, Madelyn Cline, and Tessa Thompson. The pair have owned four salons in four different states and three successful product lines that have been sold at Sephora, Henri Bendel, SAKS Fifth Avenue, Target, and specialty retail stores globally. They have been involved in New York Fashion Week for over 40 seasons and shows all over the world in cities like Milan, New York, London, and Paris. They have influenced decades of hairdressers with their nonprofit Worth Up Alliance, which helps beauty entrepreneurs live their dream by opening their own businesses through mentorship, guidance, and what they call “dream capital” grants.
