Ascension has changed my life. I have a rare auto immune disease where my skin blisters and walking in Florida heat is a nightmare for me. The inflammation is reduced so much, I feel less anxious and my ADHDis in check. Sleeping is incredible, my mind just shuts off. Within a week you feel a difference. But take note, the first week you pee a lot!!! And on top of that my hair looks incredible along with skin and nails. Great product for great health.
